Registration

Delegates are requested to register prior to the Conference using the Registration Form . Completed Registration form is to be sent to the secretariat by fax.

Conference Badge

Each participant will receive a name badge upon registering at the registration desk. The badge will be the official meeting document and should be worn at all time in order to gain access into the meeting rooms.

  • One participant for one registration form.
  • All delegates are encouraged to register early either by email or fax. Fax your forms to us at (+6732221848/+673220869)
  • All delegates, unless otherwise specified, must register with full remittance.
  • Faxed copies and hardcopy registration forms are accepted with full payment in the form of bank draft or a copy of telegraphic transfer advice or by cash in BND $ (for local participants to register at Secretariat office).
  • Registration will not be confirmed until the full payments are received by the organizer.

Registration forms received without full payment will not be processed and the payment must accompany the completed registration form. All service charges are to be paid by registrants. Remittance of all fees in USD should be paid only directly to the secretariat and done by bank transfer to the following account:

  • Registration forms must be completely filled out and sent to the secretariat by fax. Enclosed copy of transfer order. Any additional expenses incurred by the participant will be his or her own responsibility.
  • Registrant may cancel his/her registration if the plan changes. The Organizing Committee will refund the registration fee according to the following rules. All Cancellations should be in written forms.
  • Refund will only be made after the event.
