Delegates are requested to register prior to the Conference using the Registration Form . The badge will be the official meeting document and should be worn at all time in order to gain access into the meeting rooms. Faxed copies and hardcopy registration forms are accepted with full payment in the form of bank draft or a copy of telegraphic transfer advice or by cash in BND $ (for local participants to register at Secretariat office). Registration will not be confirmed until the full payments are received by the organizer. Download your registration form here. Registration forms received without full payment will not be processed and the payment must accompany the completed registration form. All service charges are to be paid by registrants. Enclosed copy of transfer order. Any additional expenses incurred by the participant will be his or her own responsibility. Registrant may cancel his/her registration if the plan changes. The Organizing Committee will refund the registration fee according to the following rules. All Cancellations should be in written forms. Refund will only be made after the event.
